  • Who should attend the Conference?
    Young people who have a burden for lost souls and those who are seeking to have a deeper relationship with the LORD. People who have a desire to work for the LORD will find this meeting a place where they will learn new skills and ways of reaching out to others.d who spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. In this Word, God has committed to man the knowledge necessary for salvation. The Holy Scriptures are the infallible revelation of His will. They are the standard of character, the test of experience, the authoritative revealer of doctrines, and the trustworthy record of God's acts in history.
  • Is there an age limit?
    No. Even though there is no age limit, it is a Youth Conference and those between the age group of 17 to 35 would benefit the most. Those younger than 17 years are required to be accompanied by an older person.
  • I have kids, can I bring them?
    We do not have any special arrangement for the kids. The parents are responsible for their own kids. If you require a guest room, you should inform us beforehand. The registration fees do not cover for the guest room expenses. The expenses of the guest room will have to be borne separately. Please contact us if you need guest rooms, as they need to be booked much earlier.
  • I cannot come for the whole meeting. Can I come on Sabbath?
    If you are not able to join us for the whole meeting from Wednesday to Sunday, you are welcome to join us on Sabbath. If you are planning to come on Sabbath morning and leave by Sabbath evening, you do not have to register. You can put us a word in advance and simply drop in. If you plan to come on Friday and stay overnight, you will have to register for the meetings, as we will have to arrange for your stay. People can also join us for the outreach program on Sunday.
  • Is this supported by the Seventh-Day Adventist Church?
    The meetings are arranged by young Adventist people for the Youth of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. The church leaders are well informed and they are supportive of the meetings. IYC respects the Church Leadership and seeks to uphold the principles and doctrines of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
  • Who is funding the IYC?
    Being a youth led movement, IYC is dependent on contributions from people who are willing to empower young people to do the Lord’s Work. Indian Youth Conference is a self supported ministry run by Adventist youngsters in India. The purpose is to help the youth grow in Christ and take an active participation in the Lord's work. The church leadership at Southern Asia Division has been supportive of this work.
